The subject of research - fatty acid and vitamin composition and oxidative stability of natural oils. The purpose of the work is to substantiate and develop the fat basis of hair cosmetics based on oil raw materials with improved physico-chemical and qualitative indicators. Research methods - fatty acid and vitamin composition of experimental oils were determined using gas-liquid chromatography methods, characteristic phase transformations for melting and crystallization processes and oxidative stability were determined by differential scanning calorimetry, physicochemical parameters were determined by standard methods. Experiment planning, processing of research results was carried out using software packages Statistica, Microsoft Excel. Theoretical and practical results: regularities between oil concentration and induction period are obtained, after which the behavior of these fat bases during storage was analyzed. Efficiency of application: the created fat basis of a cosmetic for hair on the basis of the widespread natural oils allows to increase the range of cosmetics. The scope - oil and cosmetics industry.
