Objective - To improve the methodological framework for increasing the readiness of national personnel to participate in international peacekeeping and security operations in the context of the challenges of hybrid conflicts and the transformation of international security institutions. Research methods - systematic, analytical, comparative analysis, the method of critical analysis of documents (content analysis), generalization. The main results and novelty of the work: for the first time justified the scientific and methodological apparatus of forming the readiness of national personnel to participate in international peacekeeping and security operations, which includes the essence, structure and content of the readiness of national personnel from the Armed Forces of Ukraine; criteria, indicators and levels of formation of readiness of the national personnel for application on purpose in course preparation; methods of conducting a pedagogical experiment to verify the military-pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness; configuration of key (general-professional and specialized-professional) competencies of national personnel for multinational headquarters under the auspices of the UN and NATO. The results of the research are planned to be implemented in areas of international military cooperation on planning Ukraine's participation in international peacekeeping and security operations the UN and NATO, replenishment (planning, accounting (personnel monitoring) and training of personnel) of the reserve of candidates for national personnel, to multinational military authorities. and foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine, commanders of military units; management of the educational process of course preparation and the content of curricula.
