Observational data were fully processed and analyzed. AIPs (anomalously intense pulses) search for PSRs B0740+6620, В0809+74, В0950+08, В1133+08 and B1237+25 was performed. The RM (rotation measure) evaluation routine was improved and it was used for data processing of AIPs of B0950+08 and B0809+74 pulsars. As a result, decameter radio emission of 20 pulsars (mostly detected at high frequencies over the last decade) was detected for the first time. Parameters of their low-frequency radio emission were obtained, the dispersion measure values were specified, and for several pulsars even the periods were specified for the first time in the decameter wave range. A universal algorithm for data processing of pulsar observations recorded in “waveform” mode has been developed and the main functions for its implementation have been created; also the developed functions are tested using B0950+08 pulsar data. RM and magnetic field estimates in the direction of B0950+08 and B0809+74 pulsars in the decameter wave range were obtained.
