Kukhar Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry and Petrochemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The conducted researches are aimed at studying the possibilities of application of metathesis reactions with the closing of a cycle for the reception of new thiadiazepine sulfonyldiamide derivatives of isoxazole and heterocycloalkenyl spiroanylelated derivatives of pyrimidintrione. Convenient methods for obtaining and developing several synthetic strategies for obtaining dialkenyl sulfonyldiamides of the isooxazole series have been developed, and a number of new symmetric dialkenyl-containing sulfonyldiamides of the isoxazole series and derivatives of allyl-substituted allylaminopyrimidine triones have been synthesized. A number of new thiadeazepine sulphates of isooxazole were synthesized by ruthenium-carbene catalysts of the phenylindenylidene type by metathesis reactions with the closing of the cycle. Convenient methods for obtaining new 5-allyl-5-allylaminotrioxopyrimidines and dibenzoyl-substituted trioxopyrimidine derivatives have been developed. A number of new spirocycles were obtained by metathesis closure of the cycle using a ruthenium carbene catalyst. An unspecified spiro-annulation heterocyclic system containing both a tetrahydropyridine ring and a pyrimidine-2,4,6-trione ring was synthesized. The possibility of using sulfocontaining isooxazole derivatives as anti-additive additives has been investigated. As a result, it was found that N, N-diallyl- (3-arylisoxazol-5-yl) -methylenesulfonylamides when added to pentaerythritol oil are able to show antiwear activity. Derivatives of pyrimidine-2,4,6-trions have proven to be promising compounds for the manufacture of diesel fuel and ethanol. Some substances increase the lubricating properties of ethanol - the critical load to the burr of fuel with the addition of synthesized compounds increased by 25%. 1,3-dibenzoyl-substituted 5,5-dialylpyrimidine-2,4,6-trions showed analgesic and antimicrobial action.
