Radiation dose dependence of optical and scintillation characteristics of scintillation modules based on radiation hard polystyrene and YAGG:Ce were determined. Decreasing of light output of tiles based on radiation hard polystyrene was not more than 10% under D = 9 Mrad. Decreasing of light output of tiles based on single crystal YAGG:Ce was 8% under D = 50 Mrad. Decreasing of light output of tiles based on composite YAGG:Ce was not more than 10% under D = 5 Mrad. Decreasing of reflection coefficients of developed light reflective material were not more than 1% under D = 5 Mrad for interval of 400-800 nm. Megatile manufacturing technology was developed.
