Powders containing included mefenamic acid (MFA) in a complex with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (MFA/HP-β-CD) has been obtained. The stoichiometry of the complex, stability constants and thermodynamic parameters of the complex formation has been calculated. Powders containing included vitamin K1 in a complex with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin has been obtained. It was found that the developed vitamin K1 complexes in combination with ascorbic acid show an effective antitumor effect, inhibiting the proliferation of mouse sarcoma cells L929.
