The purpose of the work is to conduct selection and genetic monitoring of the state of productive use of cows in the herds of Ukrainian black-spotted dairy breed and to determine the influence of breeding bulls and environmental factors on their productivity and longevity. Research methods - zootechnical, mathematical, biometric methods which are generally accepted in zootechnics and breeding. A significant influence of paratypic factors on the formation of the lifetime milk yield (η2z = 0.544-0.648) was found during the investgaton in both farms/ The degree of genotypic diversity in lifelong milking is η2x = 0.456-0.352. The use of 16 bulls - breeders of seven genealogical lines in breeding farms for the period 2009 - 2020 has been established (lines with the number of daughters exceeding 10 heads are taken into account). The estimated livestock is 427 cows. A significant impact on the lifetime use and lifetime milk productivity of cows of linear affiliation and heredity of breeding bulls was found.
