Research object: the professional training of the teachers of pre-school establishments and the teachers of primary school in the conditions of classic University. A purpose of work: a theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of the model and pedagogical conditions of the social mobility`s formation of pre-school establishments` teachers and the teachers of primary school in the process of professional training. Methods of researches are scientific; concretely scientific; empiric methods. Obtained results. Historical pre-conditions of origin of mobility`s problem in general, and also social mobility in particular; features of structure of social mobility of preschool and primary teachers; the theoretical positions of organization of educational process of professional training future specialists in the context of academic, professional and social mobility; the theoretical positions of computer-integrated studies` organization in the context of realization the positions the New Ukrainian School Concept are characterized. Models of mobility of preschool and primary teachers` education are in achievements of domestic and foreign research workers; the forms, methods and facilities of educational process` organization are in establishment of higher education with the purpose of forming of different aspects of social mobility are analyzed. Ways of theoretical and practical introduction to experience of native and foreign establishments of higher education on issue of social mobility`s training in the system of professional training of specialists in the conditions of faculty of pedagogical education are offered.
