Research methods - general and special: field, laboratory, selection using induction apomixis, calculation, mathematical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: In 2020, a certificate №200633 on the state registration of the tobacco variety Ukrainian New cultivar Krupnolisty was received. Date of state registration 24.04.2020. Scientific and practical recommendations for growing the variety of tobacco Ukrainian New have been developed. The variety is medium-ripe, has a high yield (3,0-3,0 t/ha), quality of raw materials (yield of higher marketable varieties 95%), optimal chemical parameters (nicotine – 1,1%, carbohydrates – 4,1% and protein substances – 5,5%) and complex disease resistance.
