The object of research - creation of reconnaissance fire and engineering unmanned ground vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their equipment and application. The subject of research - substantiation of tactical and technical requirements for advanced reconnaissance fire and engineering unmanned ground vehicles (UGV) to increase the capabilities of units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The world experience analysis in the creation and application of reconnaissance fire and engineering UGVs and domestic research and production gain and the state of Ukraine enterprises on the possibility of their development is carried out. The developed projects of methods for selecting appropriate ways to equip the Armed Forces of Ukraine with reconnaissance fire and engineering UGVs take into account options for creating new ones, modernizing existing ones, purchasing abroad and using trophy samples, also identify certain basic processes as purpose and subsystems (elements) used for their implementation. The developed projects of tactical and technical requirements for certain types of reconnaissance fire and engineering ground-based robotic complexes sufficiently disclose the requirements, characteristics, norms, indicators and other parameters that determine the purpose, combat capabilities, operating conditions and combat applications, and can be the basis for development of a tactical and technical task for the preliminary project and / or research and development work to create these UGVs.
