The purpose of the work - analysis of the regulatory mechanisms of the cardiovascular and vestibular systems in students, under the influence of educational and physical activity, study of psychophysiological mechanisms of adaptation to them and ways to optimize depending on the socio-ecological situation, study the impact of psychoemotional disorders inflammatory and inflammatory-dystrophic periodontal diseases. Research methods - statistical accounting documents, computer programs, equipment for measuring blood pressure, computer diagnostic complex "Spectrum +", stopwatch, weight, height meter, autonomic system tester "VNS-Micro", electronic tonometer JSC 41-2, database PhysioNet, with the accumulated data of biomedical researches for training of medical students, Aries chair, dental instruments, automatic biochemical analyzer "Humalyzer 2000", personal computers. Based on the performed researches for the first time features of peripheral hemodynamics at representatives of various somatotypes with normal and raised arterial pressure are established.
