Object of the study - immunological and metabolic mechanisms of oncogenesis and structural changes of organs of lymphoid system of animals with simulated colon adenocarcinoma. Aim of the study: To find out the peculiarities of the development of metabolic and immunoreactive disorders in experimental oncogenesis. Research methods: experimental - modeling of chemically induced carcinogenesis in outbred white rats with development of colon adenocarcinoma in situ; morphological - the study of the patterns of structural organization of organs of the lymphoid system, in particular, the spleen, at the microscopic and submicroscopic levels; immunological - determination of serum immunoglobulin A, M, G content, circulating immune complexes, concentrations of IL-1?, IL-6, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, TNF?; biochemical studies of endogenous intoxication indicators, activities of oxidative stress factors, enzymatic and glutathione-dependent units of the antioxidant system; statistical. Under conditions of experimental carcinogenesis, significant metabolic disorders develop in the test animals, which are exacerbated by the manifestation of neoplastic endotoxemia syndrome; development of oxidative stress and imbalance of functioning of enzymatic and glutathione-dependent antioxidant protection units. Changes in immunological reactivity are accompanied by increasing concentrations of Ig A, Ig M, Ig G, and a significant accumulation of circulating immune complexes. Significant changes of the cytokine matrix were established, which was shown by a significant increase in the concentrations of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, TNF? with a significant decrease in the content of IL-2. Histological studies of the spleen of animals in the dynamics of the formation of chronic neoplastic intoxication induced by the introduction of dimethylhydrazine revealed the development of destructive-degenerative Product Description popup.authors Lisnichuk Natalia Ye popup.nrat_date 2021-01-03 Close
