Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Wine-making" popup.description2 The optimal irrigation modes of the nursery of grape seedlings and mother bushes of grafting grapes were determined in order to obtain more high-quality products of vineyards - grafted grape seedlings and standard grafting vine. It is shown their formation is significantly influenced by the levels of pre-irrigation soil moisture (LPSM), natural precipitation and the scheme of planting cuttings in the nursery. The total water consumption of the grape nursery was determined and it was shown that its formation was influenced by productive precipitation, irrigation water and soil moisture reserves. In the variants with a more intensive irrigation modes (LPSM 90, 80 and 90-80% LFMС) the share of irrigation water prevailed, which reached 78.0%, the share of moisture, which came in the form of precipitation, decreased to 35.7-44.4%.In the variants with maintenance of LPSM within 80-70% LFMС - the share of irrigation water use decreased to 41.3%, but the share of moisture obtained from soil and precipitation increased.For the first time it has been proved and scientifically substantiated that various LPSM and loading of grape bushes with inflorescences significantly influenced the production of high-quality grafting components.The positive effect of irrigation and reduction of inflorescence load of bushes to 50 and 75% on agrobiological indicators of mother bushes of grapes is noted.To optimize the technology of growing grafted grape seedlings to increase the yield of grafted grape seedlings from the nursery was summarized and conducted statistical processing of the results of determining the quantitative and qualitative indicators of vegetative mass and root system of grafted grape seedlings under the influence of factors - LPSM, planting scheme grapes, grape variety, the use of biologically active drugs, the method of stratification of grape cuttings.The reliability and share of their influence on the above indicators are proved by using multivariate analysis of variance.
