Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Wine-making" popup.description2  During the reporting period, a system of agro-technological methods means of obtaining high-quality planting material of grapes - grafted seedlings and grape vines for grafting were developed. In the course of research it was found that the modes for drip irrigation of grape seedlings with the level of pre-irrigation soil moisture (LPSM) 90%, 80% and differentiated 90 - 80% of the lowest field moisture capacity of the soil (LFMС) were optimal. Under the conditions of such LPSM and planting of cuttings in the nursery in one row grafted grape seedlings formed shoots with a diameter of more than 0.55 cm with a length of 121.3 cm to 136.1 cm, depending on the variety. After planting in two rows, the length of the shoots was lower and varied from 102.2 to 118.6 cm. This advantage was observed in the formation of the volume of total and mature shoots. It was determined that the optimal soil moisture regime of grape seedlings also contributed to the intensive synthesis of carbohydrates in shoot tissues, respectively 13.6 - 14.8%, in root tissues - 15.2 - 17.8%, which is confirmed by the results of multiple analysis of variance. For the first time it has been proved and scientifically substantiated that various LPSM, loading of grape bushes with shoots and inflorescences significantly affect the production of high-quality grafting components. Mother bushes of grafting grape varieties should be cultivated for LPSM 90% LFMС, 80% LFMС, 70% LFMС, leaving 20 - 22 shoots and all inflorescences or removing them in the amount of 25, 50% of natural development. These factors make it possible to obtain a quality grafting vine. It was found that the treatment of vegetative grape bushes of different varieties with solutions of BAP (Humifield, Regoplant) stimulated metabolic processes in the tissues of the leaves; it allows increasing the yield of quality vines for grafting.
