The object of research is professional training of foreign students for modern civil aviation in the context of the informational educational process. The purpose of the work is determination the features of the process of professional training of foreign citizens and intensification of teaching fundamental and technical disciplines. Research methods are system analysis of implementation modern information technologies in the educational process, math modeling, mathematical and statistical analysis using the SPSS standard software package. Results of the work - the educational level of training of foreign citizens was determined. The effectiveness of new software products and developed methods of teaching physics has been proved.
