Purpose of work: determination of reasonable directions of improvement of the process of professionalization of future specialists of moral and psychological support (MFP) of the Air Force of Ukraine. Methods of research: analysis of scientific sources and guidance documents, generalization and systematization of research information, professiography, surveys, method of expert assessments, diagnostic interview, testing. The scientific novelty of the research is to identify and substantiate the socio-psychological factors that influence the process of professionalization of future specialists of the Ministry of Health, indicators and criteria for the success of their professional formation, the set of the most professionally important qualities of the researched specialist, as well as the development of his profession and psychogram. According to the results of the research, recommendations were developed to improve the professional and psychological selection of candidates for training in the specified specialty, a program of psychological support and methods of psychological monitoring of the professionalization of these specialists, as well as methodical recommendations for organizing their professionalization. The results of the study can be used in the professional selection and further professionalization of MHC specialists.
