Purpose of the work - increase the efficiency of the educational process in the disciplines of department by creating computer models to study the bandwidth of radio communications using MIMO (OFDM) technology. Research methods - methods of spaсe-time and polarization signal processing, coding methods, methods of statistical (mathematical) modeling on the personal computer. During the research process: - the digital means of radio communication and prospects of their use for the organization of data exchange in information telecommunication networks of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are analyzed; - the possibility of increasing the efficiency of digital radio communication for the organization of data exchange in the information telecommunication networks of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by using the modern informational and telecommunication technologies is analyzed; - computer models to study the bandwidth of radio communications using MIMO (OFDM) technology are created; - features of MIMO and OFDM technologies are analyzed. Based on the results of simulation modeling, the expediency of introducing MIMO and OFDM technology in modern and promising radio stations is determined; - recommendations for the use of MIMO (OFDM) technologies in promising radio stations based on SDR technology (software-defined radio) have been developed.
