The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of solving remote sensing problems in the conditions of incompleteness and limited information availability due to the development and substantiation of new methods and technologies of thematic analysis of heterogeneous (heterogeneous) geospatial data. Research methods – methods to improve the quality of aerospace images, methods for remote determination of vegetation’s physical and biophysical parameters, methods of data integration with elements of uncertainty, parametric and nonparametric statistics, Bayesian probability derivation, Dumpster-Schaefer test theory, mathematical modeling. The main results of the work are theoretical and methodological approaches to the processing and analysis of heterogeneous geospatial remote sensing data with elements of uncertainty and new methods of data integration in solutions of thematic remote sensing tasks. In addition, an important result of the research are new effective methods for remote determination of physical and vegetation’s biophysical parameters. New physically substantiated methods of alignment and spatial resolution increment of multispectral aerospace images are described. Methodical, algorithmic and software of the developed methods and techniques are presented. Recommendations for the results’ implementation of scientific research and applied developments are given.
