Methods - cytological, biochemical, biophysical, immunological, statistical. List of equipment - light microscope, hemoanalyzer, biochemical and amino acid analyzers, densitometer. For the first time, the effectiveness of treatment measures in children with acute leukemia increased depending on the processes of differentiation of bone marrow cells, osteon and hormones, that regulate osteogenesis, which contributed to a positive effect in 65,6%, partial -in 24,4% of patients.Correction of disorders in children with connective tissue dysplasia, which are a risk group for oncohematological pathology, showed a positive effect in 73,6%, partial -in 19,4%. The prognosis of acute leukemia in children depended on the state of osteon, starting with the activity of stromal fibroblasts.Decreas number of colony-forming units of bone marrow fibroblasts, low levels of osteocalcin and calcium in serum, deficiency of glycine in urine, increased activity of alkaline phosphatase in blood serum, as well as low densitometry children, showed changes in osteon and bone marrow stroma and adversely affected the survival of children. The share of deaths in children with changes in the state of osteon was 43,8% versus 8,2% in patients without changes in the processes of osteoformation. The radiation dose in patients with acute leukemia was (5,37±1,23) mSv, in children with connective tissue dysplasia - (0,46±0,07)mSv, in the comparison group - (0,46±0,06)mSv and these doses were not related to other indicators.
