The aim of the 2020 period: study of dose distributions of radiation in the head and neck of the patient and the medical staff during cone-beam computed tomography procedures using Monte Carlo calculations, as well as phantom measurements. Research methods: phantom measurements, physical, analytical. Results: For results analytical review of scientific publications identified the most common CBCT procedures, which will be studied in depth by the method of calculating doses to the head and neck using computer simulation by the Monte Carlo method with validation of the results of calculations by phantom measurements. Methodical bases and the order of carrying out phantom measurements for definition of doses in fabrics and bodies of the person are developed during radiation therapy procedures and during diagnostic irradiation of patients of medical institutions, which can be used to verify Monte Carlo calculations when applied to selected standard CBCT procedures. The results of four series of phantom measurements performed for CPCT procedures were analyzed.
