A system of new methods has been developed, which includes: regulations for energy-saving drying with complete replacement of traditional fuels; two-stage method of separation into fractions with obtaining conditioned seeds and increasing the productivity of separators by 15-20%, reducing electricity consumption by 6-8%; energy-resource-saving method of long-term storage of selection, insurance and reserve funds with preservation of seeds of conditioned germination for 5-6 years and reduction of current costs. A new method for determining the quality of seed material of maize hybrids on the basis of current and additional indicators has been developed. The economic effect from the implementation of the system of methods and process optimization will be 3.4-4.4.7 thousand UAH / t. seed.
