Enzymatic methods for the resolution of racemic indenols and the subsequent functionalization of the synthesized enantiomerically pure compounds were obtained by indenol derivatives of a high degree of optical purity. Enzymatic deracemisation of derivatives of dehydroindenols, dehydroindendiols, vicinal cycloalkanes was performed and new optically active substances were obtained. Synthesized enantiomerically pure (1S) - and (1R) -1-hydroxy- and 1-fluoroalkylphosphonates, which are convenient chiral synthetic blocks for the production of new biologically active substances. Theoretical researches of electrophilic enantioselective reactions of substitution of organophosphorus compounds are carried out, synthesis of chiral substances by means of this methodology is used. The results of the work have scientific and technical significance and will become a fundamental basis for future implementations in industry, will have environmental significance.
