Studies have shown that the best indicators of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and heat resistance has an alloy 80Х17Н35С3Р3 based on nickel and iron. The lowest values of cathode currents are found in a solution saturated with ammonia, in hydrogen sulfide they are ~ 2 times higher, in freely aerated - three times. The best tribological characteristics were also found in the powder-alloyed metal based on Ni and Fe. The friction coefficient of this alloy is stable and low - 0.15, the friction track is ~ 40 ... 50 % narrower than that of other alloys. The industrial technology of plasma-powder surfacing of corrosion-resistant alloys on the details of shut-off valves has been developed. Good formation of rollers during plasma-powder surfacing reduces the complexity of machining by reducing allowances. The thickness of the deposited layer is usually 3.8...4.2 mm, with automatic submerged arc deposition - 10...12 mm. The technological instruction on plasma-powder surfacing of the selected details is developed. Plasma surfacing of sealing surfaces of oil and gas fittings was carried out using nickel and iron powder based on the developed technology. The parts of surfacing were transferred to the Konotop Valve Plant for industrial testing. Product Description popup.authors Lentyuhov Ivan P popup.nrat_date 2021-01-04 Close
