Purpose. To destroy ragweed on the territory of UzDT PJSC "PivdGZK" with an area of ​​1 ha. Using effective and least harmful to the environment means developed on the basis of the Patent of Ukraine . Methodology. A systematic approach to the destruction of quarantine species of plants and the prevention from damage to the environment. Ragweed was distructed by using a chemical method based on the Patent of Ukraine № UA 125172 "Method of destroying ragweed plants" on April 25, 2018; Patent of Ukraine № UA 127197 "Method of destroying ragweed" from 25.07.2018; Patent of Ukraine № UA 129909 "Method for destroying ragweed" from 11/26/2018; Patent of Ukraine № UA 131796 "Method of destruction and control of vital activity of ragweed" from 25.01.2019. The primary and final projective coating of ragweed was evalueted according to the methods generally accepted in phytocenology and botany (according to AG Voronov). The results of ragweed processing with mineral and organic solutions under high osmotic pressure are presented. According to the results, high treatment efficiency and ragweed mortality at the level of 95% were determined. There was a reduction in the projective coverage of the quarantine species in the treated areas from 70-90% to 1-5%. It is recommended to use a comprehensive method of destroying ragweed.
