The aim of the work is to develop theoretical approaches to determining the features of logistics management of e-commerce enterprises and the development of scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of the logistics system of e-commerce enterprises of Ukraine. Research methods - general and special methods of scientific knowledge were used: induction and deduction (to study the development of the e-commerce market and the market of logistics operators), comparative analysis (to identify "weaknesses" in the management of logistics activities of e-commerce), economic-mathematical and economic -statistical (to assess the dynamics, identify changes, deformations of the prerequisites for the formation of the management system of logistics activities in the e-commerce enterprise), graphical and matrix (for visual presentation of research data). The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the theoretical substantiation and development of methodological recommendations for improving the logistics management system of the e-commerce enterprise. An improved classification of types of organization of logistics activities of e-commerce enterprises, namely: insourcing, outsourcing, a combination of insourcing and outsourcing, as well as an index of efficiency of logistics activities of the online store.
