The aim of this work - synthesize benzoaza-15-crown-5 derivatives containing benzyl, oxyethyl, ether, ester and carboxylic groups at the Nitrogen atom. Study of the complexing properties of the obtained crown-ethers with the cations of s-elements. Determination of the relationship between the complexing and extraction abilities of the synthesized calixarene derivatives on the nature and the number of heterocyclic substituents in the molecule, for the cations of some metals s- and d-elements recognitions. The N-substituted benzoaza-15-crown-5 with benzyl, oxyethyl, ether, ester and carboxylic groups were synthesized. Using the method of spectrophotometric titration, the stability constants of complexes with cations of alkali and alkaline earth metals of bebzoaza-15-crown-5 derivatives were determined. It was found that the presence of ether oxygen atom in the side chain of benzoaza-15-crown-5 derivatives leads to an increase in the stability constants of their alkali and alkaline-earth cations complexes with due to the lariat effect. However, the formation of complexes with a composition of 2:1 (ligand-metal) is not observed, even in the case of ions with a large ionic radius. The new mono- and disubstituted at the lower rim p-tert-butylcalix[4]arenes with fragments of the imidazole molecule which is attached to the macrocycle by linkers of different nature have been synthesized. Using the extraction method, it was shown that all imidazole-containing calixarenes exhibit the ability to extract cations of alkali, alkaline earth, and transition metals.
