The purpose of the work is to determine the problems of negative impact on the fauna on the remnants of poorly transformed natural complexes of the Black Sea Region. Research methods - accountings in nature with optical devices, collection of material in nature and processing in the laboratory by standard entomological and parasitological methods, analysis of the results. The paper presents the results of research of the Zoological Department of ONU on the scientific topic № 140 "Biological diversity of wildlife in the North-Western Black Sea Region", № state registration 0115U003912. In the course of the work the following was studied: ectoparasites of waders nesting on the Azov-Black Sea coast; insect mites; spiders of the region, including - the spread of a poisonous species of Karakurt; bird monitoring was carried out in the Maloadzhalyk and Tiligul estuaries and adjacent territories.
