The aim of the study was to study the proliferative activity of tumors and the nature of structural and functional changes in the thyroid gland in patients with various molecular genetic forms of breast cancer affected by the Chernobyl accident. Research methods: general clinical, radiographic, ultrasonographic, biochemical, morphological, immunohistochemical, methods of mathematical statistics. Results and their novelty. In patients with breast cancer, proliferative activity less than 20% was diagnosed in 21.2% of patients, from 20% to 30% in 36.4% of patients, from 31 to 50% in 24.2% and more than 50% in 18.2% of patients. Luminal A phenotype was diagnosed in 15.1% of patients with mean proliferative activity of 8%. Luminal B phenotype - in 48.5% with average values of Ki-67 37%, basal-like phenotype - in 21.2% of patients with values of Ki-67 46% and HER-2 / neu-positive - 45%. Structural changes in the thyroid gland were detected in 87.9%, of which before the examination in the clinic 78.8% of patients were unaware of the presence of pathological changes in the thyroid gland. Changes in thyroid function were found in 48.5% of patients. Changes in reproductive panel markers were diagnosed in 21.2% of patients. Decreased Ki-67 by neoadjuvant cytostatic therapy was observed in 65.8% of patients, another 10.3% - complete pathomorphological and clinical regression of the tumor. Positive dynamics of Ki-67 for NAPHT was observed in 76.1% of patients. Stabilization of proliferative activity after NAPHT was observed in 6.9% and increase in proliferative activity in 17.2% of patients. Decrease in the size of the primary MH tumor after NAPHT was diagnosed in 83% of patients. Published scientific papers - 6.
