The threshold limit value (TLV) for bentonite nanoparticles (NPs) is 500 μg/cm3, for Al2O3 and CeO2 – 100 μg/cm3, Ni - 50 μg/cm3, V – 25 μg/cm3, Al – 20 μg/cm3. The TLV for Ti NPs was 12.5 μg/cm3, I + S, Zn, Co - 5 μg/cm3, Se + I – 0.5 μg/cm3. According to the prophylactic and treatment schemes, bentonite, Al2O3, CeO2 and Ce nanoparticles showed the most pronounced antiviral activity against the strain of PTV-1 virus Dniprovskyi 34 among the studied nanoparticles, reducing the virus titer by 1,50-2,00 lg TCD50/cm3. According to the virucidal scheme nanoparticles of Ni, Ti and the composition of I and S nanoparticles showed high virucidal activity against the strain of PTV-1 Dniprovskyi 34, significantly reducing its infectious titer in transplantable culture of porcine embryonic kidney cells (PEKC) by 2,46; 4,46 and 5,00 lg TCD50/cm3, respectively, with TI is 4, 8, and 8, respectively. The biological and physicochemical properties of Teschovirus A Dniprovskyi 34 strain under the influence of nanoparticles were studied in experiments on culture cells PEKC. Based on the results of research, a database on the effects of nanoparticles on the biological and physicochemical properties of Teschovirus A has been developed. The morphological features of nanoparticle preparations have been studied. Under the influence of Ce, Ti, Ni, V, Se and I nanoparticles, spherical virions of the icosahedral symmetry type with a size of 14–22 nm were found, which is much smaller than the sizes of native virions. In addition, virions of round irregular shape with dimensions of 26–28 nm, which by the nature of contrast can be destroyed virions or structural elements of virion capsids have been found. Under the influence of nanoparticles, viruses retain their antigenic properties.
