The aim of the research is to elucidate the features of successive changes in groups of microorganisms during composting of organic matter and the possibility of introducing selected strains of agronomically useful microorganisms into composted substrates to create technologies for bioorganic fertilizers with programmed agrochemical and microbiological indicators. Research methods: microbiological, gas chromatography method, taxonomic identification method MALDI-TOF, model, field and production experiments. Statistical processing of the results was performed using the methods of analysis of variance and computer program Microsoft Office Excel 2003 - 2007. The research revealed the peculiarities of composting of organic substrates with the participation of selected strains of microorganisms (micromycetes Trichoderma harzianum PD3 and bacteria Bacillus cereus СБ1 with high cellulolytic activity). Composting of organic substrates (bird droppings and cattle manure) determined the optimal load of these microorganisms, which is the active development of introduced fungi or bacteria and effective mineralization of organic substrates. When composting chicken manure with peat and straw, the introduction of T. harzianum PD3 at the level of 18 thousand CFU / g of substrate is effective; when composting cattle manure – B. cereus СБ1 in the amount of not less than 18.0 million CFU / g of substrate. Projects of TU U and laboratory-industrial regulations of bioorganic fertilizer production were developed, an application for the invention "Trichoderma harzianum micromycete strain for bioorganic fertilizer production" was submitted. The effectiveness of bioorganic fertilizer obtained by composting an organic substrate based on chicken manure with the introduction of T. harzianum PD3 was tested in a field and production experiment with winter wheat. The increase in crop yields was 15 and 25.0%, respectively.  Product Description popup.authors Dimova Svetlana B Zemska Iryna A Lutsenko Nadiia V popup.nrat_date 2021-01-05 Close
