The resulting set of relationships between statistical and correlation parameters characterizing layer-by-layer distributions of elements of differential matrices of the 1st and 2nd orders and parameters of phase and amplitude anisotropy of diffuse tissue layers (myocardium, rectal wall, prostate, liver, spleen, kidney) and fluids ( plasma and whole blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid, synovial fluid). A set of criteria was determined and the diagnosis of grade II diabetes, renal pathology (albuminuria), non-alcoholic fatty disease and chronic hepatitis of the liver, differentiated benign and malignant prostate tumors and causes of death from ischemic heart disease and acute coronary insufficiency were implemented. Within the framework of the information approach, the operational characteristics (sensitivity, specificity, accuracy) of clinical differentiation have been established. By means of volumetric reconstruction of the structure of the CSF films, a method for determining the prescription of death (CSD) has been developed. The intervals and accuracy of determining the DNS using the statistical and correlation parameters that characterize the maps of optical anisotropy have been established.
