As a result of research, qualitative and quantitative characteristics of normocenosis and bacterial dysbiosis were determined and specified. It is shown that in the absence of signs of infectious-inflammatory process in ICPM<-3 lg GE/sample in women there was a normocenosis with a predominance of the facultative anaerobic flora - enterobacteria (98.1%), among the obligate anaerobic - Mobiluncus spp. + Corynebacterium spp. (81.1%) and Eubacterium spp. (69.8%). The absolute number of opportunistic pathogens did not exceed 104,5. Representatives of the species Sneathia spp. + Leptotrichia spp. + Fusobacterium spp. and Mycoplasma hominis + genitalium in the normocenosis were not detected. In a I degree dysbiosis (ICPM from -3 lg GE/ sample to -1 lg GE/sample) decrease of common bacterial mass (by 1,8% in comparison with a normocenosis; p <0,05) and quantity of LB (by 8,0%) was observed; p <0,05) on the background of increasing the frequency and content of anaerobes, among which Mobiluncus spp. + Corynebacterium spp. (87.5%) and Eubacterium spp. (79.7%); their quantitative content was higher than in the normocenosis (54.3% and 78.0%, respectively, p <0.05 in both cases). Normobiota index was higher in grade I dysbiosis compared with normocenosis (6.0 times; p <0.05). Representatives of Sneathia spp. + Leptotrichia spp. + Fusobacterium spp. (in 12.5% of cases in an amount less than 4 lg GE/sample) and Mycoplasma hominis + genitalium (in 8.0% of cases in an amount up to 3 lg GE/sample). Disturbances of the biocenosis of the vagina began with the development of anaerobic dysbiosis. In grade II dysbiosis (ICPM> -1 lg GE / sample) CBM was lower by 12.5% comparatively with normocenosis and 10.9% - with dysbiosis of the first degree (p <0.05 in both cases). The number of LB was lower in 35.1% of the normocenosis and 29.4% of grade I dysbiosis (p<0.05 in both cases).
