The state of the vegetative system, vestibular and stomatolomotor functions, electrophysiological characteristics are studied. The dependence of vestibular disorders on the duration and age of patients, the presence of degenerative changes in the cervical spine, as well as structural brain damage depending on the severity. The effectiveness of the proposed therapy, which is reflected in the reduction or elimination of subjective complaints: dizziness in 1.9 times (p <0,05), the manifestation of cephalgia in 2 times (p <0,05), cervicalgia and cervicobrachialgia in 53,4 % of cases (p <0.05), instability when walking by 42.8%, indicators of vestibular tests (p <0.05), scale of assessment of vestibular dysfunctions (by 40.3%), integration indicators of the dental apparatus (reduction of the integrated index) ataxia up to 2.06 ± 0.22 units). Significant favorable changes in the data of ultrasound and electrophysiological methods of diagnosis, psychophysiological, autonomic and emotional testing in the studied contingent of patients have been registered.
