The subject of research is the processes of diffusion of impurities during doping and external influences, and also competition of various impurity at joint alloying; the mutual influence of various impurities on the crystal structure during heat treatment; formation and disintegration of impurity complexes and the second phase; processes of electron-phonon interaction, plasmon-phonon phenomena, the process of interaction of infrared radiation with the surface and volume of materials and structures based on them, processes of radiative and nonradiative recombination, as well as energy transfer between defects.
