In the bioethical section: 1) proposed effective mechanisms for solving complex global problems of mankind (public discussion of bioethical problems and professional immersion of bioethic experts in all intricacies of science and modern technology); 2) directions of the effective normative regulation of bioethical problems in Ukraine are analyzed; 3) the methodology of the analysis of the concept of noosphere as a semiotic object is considered. In the psychological section in the context of the post-non-classical scientific paradigm the models of psychological resources of human survival in modern society are reconstructed and tested: 1) the model of the integrity of personality as totality; 2) the model of the medical and psychological competence and of the readiness of the personality of the researcher of information resources for self-education while maintaining its own uniqueness, productivity, and authenticity of life.
