The analysis of theoretical bases of collapse of a cavitation bubble, bases of carrying out homogenization and pasteurization is carried out. The process of energy distribution during the collapse of the bubble and the principle is described, allowing to estimate the type of collapse. The work allowed to theoretically evaluate the process of pasteurization and homogenization in the flow system, taking into account the parameters of both bacterial contamination and cavitation parameters. A mathematical model of the process of pollutant particle motion in the conditions of ultrasonic cavitation has been developed Statistical calculations were performed. The quadratic regression equation was obtained by the method of multifactor experiment planning, which allows to adequately describe the dependence of such a target function as the number of viable Lactobacillus Acidophilus cells on the main parameters of exposure as volume, power, processing time and can be used for mathematical modeling of ultrasonic fluid treatment. The response surfaces of the target function are constructed - the number of viable Lactobacillus Acidophilus cells and their two-dimensional cross-sections in the planes of the impact parameters, which allow to clearly illustrate the dependence of this target function on individual exposure parameters. The power supply unit (generator) for the ultrasonic cavitation installation is made. The generator was built on the basis of the Winn bridge, the power supply was supplemented by an automatic gain control system (ARP), which reduces the gain and prevents further increase in the amplitude of the output voltage. The analysis of the possibility of market commercialization of the project is carried out. As a result, it was found that the technological implementation of the project is possible.
