Theoretical and practical results: individualized treatment of patients with EC based on the determination of the molecular biological characteristics of the tumor and their prognostic value. The dependence of molecular biological markers and receptors ER and PR on the age of patients, the presence, localization and severity of disease recurrence has been proved. It was found that external beam therapy with TFD 30 Gy with radiomodification leads to a significant suppression of the proliferative properties of the tumor, activation of apoptosis and an increase in the volume of the damaged tumor. Novelty: for the first time, a technology was developed for the combined treatment of patients with stage I-II ER with a negative receptor status, with a high risk of disease recurrence, in which the assessment of VEGF, Bcl-2, Ki 67, the degree of differentiation, the depth of tumor invasion into the myometrium and its localization in the uterine cavity permission to individualize the choice of adjuvant therapy regimen. An algorithm for the treatment of patients with stage I-II EC has been developed. Efficiency of application: the method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment and prevents the occurrence of locoregional relapses and distant metastases, which saves more than 10,000 hry. per patient (costs for hospital stay and medication).
