Purpose of the work: to develop a technology for predicting immune disorders and quality of life level after combined treatment, taking into account separate metabolic disorders in patients with endometrial and breast cancer. Methods of investigation and equipment: immunological, hematological, biochemical, clinical, morphological, statistical methods; light microscopes, flow cytofluorimeter, spectrophotometer, hematological and immune enzyme analyzers. Theoretical and practical results: significant deficiency of absolute count of lymphocytes, CD-19+-, CD3+CD8+- and CD3+HLA-Dr+- lymphocytes and increased relative count of cells with immunosuppressive activity – CD4+PD1+, CD8+PD1+, CD14+PDL1+ and NKT count was determined after radiotherapy in endometrial and breast cancer patients with severe metabolic disorders. In these patients, greater disorders of autonomic regulation, lower life quality and greater severity of psychosomatic disorders were registered. Novelty: Patterns of formation of immune and psychosomatic disorders in cancer patients with metabolic disorders in combination treatment were established. The expediency of preliminary grouping of these patients by body mass index and C-reactive protein level is substantiated, which allows to predict immune and psychosomatic disorders after radiotherapy. Prognostic factors were determined and technology for predicting the development of immune and psychosomatic disorders in cancer patients was developed. Implementation efficiency: timely prediction of the development of immune and psychosomatic complications of antitumor treatment will make it possible to prescribe аccompanying treatment, which will allow to carry out therapy in full, reduce hospital stays and improve cancer patients life quality. Sphere of application: oncology, radiology. Product Description popup.authors Yevdokymenko Viacheslav I. Ivanenko Maryna O. Hromakova Inna S. Hromakova Iryna A. Kosheleva Iryna V. Kuzmenko Olena V.
