Depending on the geometry and material parameters of the structured films, a radial vortex (Neel skirmion) or a non-traditional vortex (skirmion) can be created in the soft magnetic dot (film). Powders of copper-doped yttrium-stabilized ZrO2 calcined at 800-1000oC were investigated by electronic paramagnetic resonance, photoluminescence and diffuse reflection. The analysis of the data showed that the appearance of narrow EPR lines correlates with the formation of the monoclinic phase. An analytical theory based on Wannier functions approach and numerical simulations were used to study the spectrum of inverse bulk magnetostatic spin waves in magnonic crystals under the action of a gradient magnetic field. The obtained results demonstrate that this field gradient can lead to Bloch oscillations of localized spin waves, and their spectrum has characteristic profile of a Wannier-Stark ladder.
