The exchange interaction between the submicron twin components leads to the modification of a mean magnetic anisotropy like it was observed in magnetic multilayers. The parametric generation and propagation of spin waves in a nanometer waveguide have been studied. It is shown that the losses due to spin wave radiation are the dominant contribution to the threshold of parametric instability in this system. The influence of instability and spatial inhomogeneity of the crystal lattice on the ferromagnetic resonance spectrum of twinned films of shape memory alloys was analyzed using a statistical model of ferromagnetic martensite.
