The purpose of the work - using modern scientific and theoretical developments and current legislation, to comprehensively explore the transformation of legal professions in modern conditions. Research method - theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature and current legislation. The activity of legal advisers, notaries, lawyers has a socially necessary character, and judges, prosecutors, investigators - of state importance. They are officials, representatives of the government, exercise power to protect the interests of citizens, society, state from various encroachments, resolution of social and interpersonal conflicts. The European integration processes taking place in modern Ukrainian society require new approaches to understanding the law, the formation of the rule of law and civil society, raising the level of legal awareness of citizens and, consequently, rethinking the role of lawyers in our society. Knowledge of the law and the ability to apply it has become an important prerequisite for the successful implementation of many functions of the state. The results of the research were used in the educational process of VTEI KNTEU in creating educational and methodological developments (Work program in the discipline "Legal Deontology", work program in the discipline "Judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine") and in the teaching of disciplines "Legal deontology", "Judicial and law enforcement bodies of Ukraine ”for applicants of OS“ bachelor ”, specialty 081“ Law ”, as well as developed Methodical recommendations for passing the qualification exam by candidates for obtaining a certificate of the right to practice law.
