Research methodology is presented the aggregate of scientific (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstracting) and special historical (istoriko-genetichnogo, istoriko-porivnyal'nogo, istoriko-tipologichnogo, istoriko-sistemnogo but other) methods. The novelty of this historiography research consists in that here first on the basis of complex approach the state of study of foreign policy of the Ukrainian governments of time of the Liberation competitions 1917–1921 is analysed.
