The work objective – LVL-measurements database updating and development of the methodology for individual internal doses reconstruction to the inhabitants of radioactively contaminated territories according to LVL-measurements database. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, generalization, statistical data processing, mathematical modeling, computer programming. In 2020, 15,101 records of the results of LVL measurements contained on paper were entered into the electronic database, which increased the volume of the 1986 database by 51%. Currently, together with the data entered in 2019 (10,736 records), it is 55,613 records. According to the quality criterion among the results of LVL measurements applied to the electronic database in 1986, 40.4% were assigned to the 1st group of quality - "quality", 59.4% to the 2nd group - "conditional quality", 0.1% to the 3rd group - "low quality". The analysis of the reliability of the newly entered in 2020 data in the fields related to the calculation of individual radiation doses of the measured persons was performed. A methodology for the reconstruction of internal exposure doses in 1986 based on LVL measurements was developed. It is based on the results of radiocaesium measurements in a person's body on the one hand, and it takes into account the radioecological situation on the radioactive contaminated territories in 1986 on the other hand. It has been shown that an important component of the internal radiation dose in the period after 1986 is the dose that is formed from the intake of radiocaesium with local milk and dairy products, as well as with wildlife products. The appropriate algorithms have been developed and computer programs have been created for calculating individual doses based on LVL measurements. Dose tests were performed.
