The purpose of the work is the synthesis of complex nanodispersed oxide composites by alternative methods, determination of physicochemical properties of the synthesized samples. Research methods are X-ray diffraction, DTA, IR, UV, Raman spectroscopy; CE, TE microscopy, EDX, nitrogen adsorption. Results - by X-ray diffraction, CEM, TEM, TPR-H2 methods it is shown that sonochemical synthesis of zinc molybdate from starting compounds begins after 20 min of processing and complete formation of ZnMoO4 0.8H2O phase ends after 1 h with formation of nanostructures in the form of rods. Heat treatment of these samples at 300 ºC leads to the formation of the α-ZnMoO4 phase in the form of needle-like nanocrystals with a cross section of about 80 nm and a length of up to 3 μm. XRD, CEM, TEM and XPSA methods show that when processing a mixture of Ca (OH)2-TiO2 in an ultrasonic cavitator is the formation of nanoparticles of starting reagents without their interaction, while mechanochemical treatment of this composition allows to obtain nanorosion prismatic crystals of calcium titanate phase which have a significant specific surface area (up to 20 m2/g). Peculiarities of mechanochemical synthesis of the MoO3 and Bi (NO3)3 • 5H2O system were investigated by X-ray diffraction, CEM, TEM DTA and XPSA methods. The formation of nanosized rods of bismuth molybdate phase is shown and it is established that the process is practically completed after 8 h of processing.
