The purpose of the study is to improve the elements of technology for growing modern maize hybrids and to investigate their response to the use of different irrigation methods. To determine the influence of the studied factors on the agrochemical properties of the soil. Research methods - mathematical, statistical and laboratory-analytical. Elements of technology of cultivation of modern hybrids of corn in the Southern steppe of Ukraine are improved. Indicators of agrochemical properties of soil and indicators of productivity of modern hybrids of corn under different irrigation methods are obtained. Scientific and practical recommendations have been prepared. On average, over the years of research, a decrease in the coefficient of water consumption on ground drip irrigation compared to sprinkling by 38.4%. The total water consumption decreased accordingly by an average of 665 m3 / ha. For two years, the average yield on subsoil drip irrigation was 12.99 t / ha, which is 3.77 t / ha more than this figure for sprinkling, which is 9.22 t / ha. On average, in 2019 and 2020, ground drip irrigation yielded 62% more than sprinkler. The level of profitability increased by 78.8%. Over the years, the average energy efficiency ratio for irrigation by sprinkling was 2.3, which is 2.58 times less than the same indicator for subsoil drip irrigation, which was 5.95. The obtained data indicate high economic and energy efficiency of ground drip irrigation compared to sprinkling. It is possible to recommend the introduction of such systems in the cultivation of corn in farms in southern Ukraine, which use water for irrigation Kakhovka irrigation system.   Product Description popup.authors Baranov Roman V Halchenko Nataliia M Roy Sergey S Tyshchenko Andrii V popup.nrat_date 2021-01-05 Close
