When designing this cavitator, a complete package of design documentation was developed, which included all the necessary drawings of parts with the selection of material and the range available in free access, assembly units with the maximum possible unification of the applied elements. Technical characteristics of the developed equipment: height - 42 cm; width - 6 cm; length 6 cm; productivity - 2 l / min; power supply - 12V; weight - 3 kg. Bacteriological tests of the made mobile ultrasonic cavitation installation are carried out. The object of the study were selected microorganisms of the following species (different in the structure of membranes and cell walls): gram-negative Escherichia coli ("Escherichia coli"), Pseudomonas aeruginosa ("Pseudomonas aeruginosa" - non-pathogenic), gram-positive - Bacillus subtilcosticus, Staphy "), Eukaryotic cells with the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisae (" brewer's or baker's yeast "), sulfate-reducing bacteria corrosive-active Desulfovibrio sp. Desulfovibrio desulfuricans, Desulfovibrio vulgaris. The work provides for the manufacture of a self-generating filter element. Being in an aggressive (cavitation destruction of material) flowing cavitation chamber will allow to filter the liquid from mechanical impurities while maintaining its integrity and efficiency. To solve this problem, an experimental setup was made and a series of experiments were performed to determine the cavitation stability of materials. To test the possibility of using the effect of "drunk particle" in the filtration process, an experimental stand was made. By which it was found that when using a filter of 10 μm in the cavitation field, the fineness of filtration was improved 2.5 times.
