It was found that for the production of thin-walled titanium castings reusable molds used in the conditions of EBCT are unsuitable, it is advisable to use ceramic molds, which are made according to the models to be removed. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature, it is determined that thermochemical materials resistant to titanium melt should be used for ceramic molds. Given the inertness of refractories to titanium, which was determined by the change in Gibbs energy, and their cost and availability for research, the following refractories were selected - electrocorundum, zirconium oxide and zircon. It is established that a promising method of obtaining disposable models, which are used to make ceramic molds, is 3D-printing from plastics. Microstructural analysis of titanium samples obtained in ceramic molds was performed, as a result of which it was found that in the surface layer of samples there are large oxygen-saturated α-phase grains, which extend to a depth of 300-500 μm, 100-350 μm and 150-500 μm, respectively. forms of electrocorundum, zirconium oxide and zircon, ie the least interaction with titanium is characterized by zirconium oxide.
