 The purpose of research work is to form and methodologically substantiate the concept of application of information, pedagogical and medico-biological technologies for harmonious motor and spiritual development and formation of a healthy lifestyle of people of different ages and social groups. The object of research - the process of psychomotor and spiritual development, the formation of a healthy lifestyle in people of different ages and social groups, including athletes and people with special needs, using pedagogical, psychological, medical and biological, information and interactive technologies. The subject of research - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the creation and application of information, pedagogical and medical-biological technologies for harmonious spiritual and psychomotor development, improving health and preventing diseases of people of different ages and social groups, including athletes and people with special needs Research methods: analysis of literature data, general scientific research methods, experimental methods, methods of mathematical statistics. An algorithm for determining the individual capabilities of athletes for performances in competitions, providing a format of "All-around" on the example of climbing. An algorithm for determining the individual characteristics of Paralympians with visual impairments in athletics sprint has been developed and individual compensatory mechanisms of visual dysfunction have been identified. Biomechanical technology of injury prevention in the training of specialists in physical education and sports has been developed. It is established that the use of the developed technology of injury prevention reduces the risk of finger injuries.
