Head Basok Borys I., Доктор технічних наук Registration Date 07-01-2021 Organization Institute of Engineering Thermophysics of NAS of Ukraine popup.description1 Development of a set of technical, economic and environmental bases and organizational and economic mechanisms for the implementation of low-carbon (carbon-neutral) development (NVR / VNR) of municipal heat in Ukraine in cooperation with other fuel and energy industries, taking into account modern domestic and world theoretical and practical scientific achievements, will promote The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the areas of cooperation with the EU in the framework of the "Green Agreement" aimed at achieving a state of climate neutrality European continent, the realization of national interests and increasing the welfare of citizens popup.description2 Based on a critical analysis of the European Commission's strategic programs, experiences and plans of European countries that have achieved the greatest success in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and have a clear idea and realistic plans for energy transition to sustainable carbon-free development (Germany, Denmark), a package of urgent, medium and long-term trace of communal heat energy of Ukraine. A mathematical model of balancing a carbon-free energy system based on NPP and RES stations with different types of energy storage systems and / or consumer regulators is proposed and tested, which studies such technical and economic indicators as hourly schedule and structure of electricity production by types of generating sources, total energy intensity and input and output capacity of storage stations, required power values and hourly schedule of electricity consumption by consumers - regulators, maximum production volumes of thermal energy and / or hydrogen depending on the ratio of NPP and RES capacity. The composition and parameters of the carbon-free system required to meet the existing needs of electricity consumers, replacement of emission sources of thermal energy and hydrogen production to replace natural gas of final consumption are determined.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2021-03-17 Close
