It is established that the variety of winter wheat Maria after the predecessor of winter rape formed from 526 to 628 productive stems per square meter, from 27 to 31 grains in the ear and from 37.8 to 39.7 g weight of 1000 seeds, and after corn for grain - from 520 to 570 pieces/m2, from 26 to 29 grains and from 39.8 to 44.2 g, respectively. Depending on the factors that were studied, the yield of winter wheat after winter rape is from 5.96 to 6.93 t/ha, and after corn for grain - from 5.65 to 6.25 t/ha. Treatment of seeds and plants with microfertilizers and growth regulators increased yields by 0.14-0.98 t/ha after the predecessor of winter rape and by 0.34-0.60 t/ha after corn. The highest yields of 6.93 and 6.86 t/ha of winter wheat were provided by the predecessor of winter rapeseed for seed and twice plant treatment (in tillering and tubing) with biological growth regulators Bio-gel (1.5 l/t, 1.5 and 1.5 l/ha) and MIR (6 g/t, 6 and 6 g/ha). With such application the highest conditionally net profit of 22513 and 22231 UAH/ha at the cost of grain of 3097 and 3110 UAH/t and profitability of 101 and 100% is received. After the predecessor, maize for grain, the highest yield of winter wheat was formed by processing seeds and plants with microfertilizers "UAROSTOK" and Humifield Forte - respectively 6.25 and 6.21 t/ha and higher conditional net profit of 18163 and 17844 UAH/ha at the level of profitability - 81 and 80% and the cost of grain - 3426 and 3461 UAH/t.
